Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and maintain as-built drawings based on approved shop drawings, red-line markups, site records, and survey information
Verify contractor-submitted as-built drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved construction records
Incorporate approved field changes, variations, and engineer instructions into final as-built documentation
Produce and update CAD drawings for infrastructure works including roads, bridges, tunnels, marine works, and utilities
Coordinate with discipline engineers and site supervision teams to resolve discrepancies in drawings and site records
Ensure drawings comply with project CAD standards, authority requirements, and Parsons drafting standards
Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and document control systems
Support preparation of handover and close-out documentation, including final as-built submissions to the client and authorities
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or bachelor s degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience on infrastructure construction projects, preferably in a construction supervision or PMC environment
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Proven experience in as-built drawing production and verification for infrastructure works
Ability to interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, red-line markups, and survey data
Solid understanding of roads, bridges, tunnels, marine works, and utility infrastructure
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple drawing packages under tight deadlines
