Ø Procurement (Europe & USA Genuine Parts), TBA

• Procure genuine auto parts for European and American vehicles and Batteries and Lubricants from verified suppliers, ensuring part accuracy, authenticity, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate terms, confirm availability, and issue accurate POs to suppliers.
• Review bi-monthly inventory planning reports; request stock quotations from 2 primary and 1 secondary vendors per brand; issue LPOs after evaluating quotations and obtaining management approvals.
• Accurately identify and verify genuine part numbers using electronic parts catalogues.
• Benchmark pricing across suppliers to ensure competitive cost and improve margin without compromising quality.
• Evaluate supplier performance on parameters like delivery accuracy, quality consistency, and responsiveness.

Ø Battery Procurement & Claim Management

• Handle battery ordering from selected brands; process warranty claims by coordinating inspection, warranty approval upon verifying Date of Sale, serial numbers, warranty card information.
• Liaising with supplier for organizing bulk collection and replacement of claim batteries.

Ø Tyre Sourcing and Job Execution Coordination

• Obtain quotes from multiple vendors, coordinate job card approval and tyre replacement schedules with customers and vendors. Issue LPOs and follow up for invoices post tyre fitting, balancing, and alignment.

Ø Reviewing RFQ Data

• To review RFQ data for the last quarter, identifying frequently enquired SKUs, and adding them in product range.
• VIN based SKUs data extraction and adding range in fulfilment range for unregistered SKUs.
• Working on bulk RFQ for trading and fleet customers.

Ø Pricing Analysis

• Review prices for existing stock and rework on the prices as per market feedback for slow performing SKUs.
• Assign brand wise pricing margin in ERP backend, ensuring automatic price update upon GRN.
• Reviewing and approving target prices from customers on bulk orders.

Ø New Supplier Onboarding

• Identify and help onboard potential new suppliers that fill product/brand gaps or offer commercial advantages

Ø Stock Adjustment

• Adjust stocks for damaged/ superseded/variance.
