Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This position, reporting to the Commercial Head, Egypt, will be based in Obour and hired under Legacy Amoun (part of Arcera) employment contract.
Main duties
- Lead strategic planning and marketing strategies to drive sales growth, market share expansion, and long-term business success.
- Ensure financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Build and develop high-performing teams with strong leadership, succession planning, and collaboration.
- Expand business opportunities via partnerships, new initiatives, and successful product launches.
- Strengthen stakeholder engagement by maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, key accounts, and hospital decision-makers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or a related field; an MBA or advanced business qualification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a strong track record in launching new products and driving business growth.
- Proven experience in managing both Sales and Marketing functions, with strategic and operational leadership capabilities.
- Deep understanding of external stakeholder dynamics, market access challenges, and healthcare ecosystem.
- Solid experience in financial planning, and budgeting.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
