Roles & Responsibilities

1. Participate in business planning, strategy formulation, and operational analysis to design solutions for complex business problems.
2. Utilize cutting-edge data analysis tools and skills to gain insights into business patterns and user needs, providing strategic recommendations for rapidly growing business areas.
3. Contribute to building an industry-leading company-level experiment platform, providing scientific solution support for major experimental decisions (Data Science direction). 1. Work closely with decision-makers, and the patterns you discover in data will have opportunities to drive various core business decisions.
2. Meituan offers diverse business scenarios, providing you with rich commercial perspectives and practical experience.
3. Meituan has a systematic talent development mechanism. Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree or above; all majors considered with preference for mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, business, or related fields.
2. For specific business areas, backgrounds in logistics planning, supply chain management, human resources, or related fields are also welcome.
3. Intelligent, rigorous, positive, and resilient; enjoys facing challenges and possesses excellent analytical abilities.
4. Enjoys discovering problems and analyzing patterns from data; interested in business operation models and enterprise management; eager to enter the big data field.
5. For Data Science direction: computer science background or dual degree in economics and STEM fields preferred; algorithm comprehension ability; proficiency in reading English literature without barriers is a plus.
