Roles & Responsibilities
Support strategy execution and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and enhance business processes, policies, and procedures.
Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
Assist in policy governance and ensure adherence.
Prepare reports and presentations on process performance and improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education preferred: Bachelor degree in Business
Experience from 2 to 4
Experience in business excellence, process improvement, or internal audit.
