Complete business plan work.
Design structured short, medium and long term business plans.
Integrate the market, strategy, marketing, finance, HR and operational aspects.
market studies and competitive intelligence.
Analyze industry trends, demand, key players and opportunities.
Produce sector benchmarks and strategic reports.
Mod lisation financi re advanced.
Define the hypotheses, build the forecasts (turnover, expenses, cash flow, margin).
establish forecast balance sheets, break-even point, working capital requirement (WCR).
Growth scenarios & strategic recommendations.
develop several investment or development scenarios.
Propose quantified and reasoned recommendations for management.
Support for project leaders.
