Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Identify IT and cybersecurity sales opportunities, pitch solutions, and assist in negotiations to close deals.
  • Tender Preparation: Be a part of the Tender committee, assist in developing tender documents, ensuring competent and timely submissions.
  • Meeting Attendance: Facilitate and attend meetings with clients and internal teams, documenting key points and follow-ups ensure project progression.
  • Operations Support: Analyse and improve operational processes, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Reporting: Create reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and project updates according to internal or client requirements.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align strategies and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in BA, Sales or related.
  • 4+ years exp.
  • Knowledge of local market.
