Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Officer who will be mobile across the Sub-Saharan Africa region , and who will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the establishment of technical connections with operators.
  • Continuously benchmark to launch new markets/products
  • Work closely with Marketing and Technical teams to ensure timely product/market launches.
  • operational management of one or more countries (launch of services, connection and optimizations)
  • Collaborate intensively with the group's various subsidiaries,
  • Establish monthly reports on the various activities of the countries that he will have to manage.
  • Monitor KPIs daily and analyze them to develop relevant sales projections,
  • Ensure compliance with the provisional budget.
  • Report any bugs and technical incidents through continuous monitoring,
  • a driving force for proposals and innovations

Desired Candidate Profile

You have just left school or have a first experience with great energy and a great desire to do well

  • You have internship experience or a first job in digital project coordination.
  • You are dynamic, with an entrepreneurial spirit and good interpersonal skills,
  • You have a strong taste for challenges, capable of leading several projects simultaneously and achieving these objectives while taking into account time constraints,
  • You are organized, attentive to detail, with an analytical mind and a creative vision, able to work in a team and individually,
  • You are trilingual with very good written and oral communication in French, English and Arabic (fluency in English is mandatory),
  • You have a particular interest in the world of mobile telephony and digital technology.
