The BI Engineer collaborates with various departments, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather data requirements, develop data models, and create reporting solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective business intelligence solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data insights requirements and objectives.
• Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through strategic data mining and analysis.
• Work closely with IT to optimize data collection and data warehousing processes.
• Create detailed documentation on BI solutions, processes, and best practices.
• Continuously improve BI infrastructure through emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Train and support end-users to effectively utilize BI tools and solutions.
• Monitor data governance standards to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Facilitate strategic planning by providing insightful data-driven recommendations.
• Lead initiatives to enhance and standardize data visualization techniques and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is essential.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with cloud-based data solutions.
