Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products
Establishing a sales training program to train the sales team
Assess the Sales Performance and Prepare Management Report
Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of success prefer FMCG sector.
Exhibits strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex business transactions.
Displays excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team to achieve goals.
