Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identifying all the new business development opportunities to increase sales volumes and market share.
- Identifying the gap between market opportunities & company current status
- Overseeing the development of market & analyze the growth or diminish in all therapeutic areas
- Implementing business development plans
- Establishing business development strategies to achieve growth & profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction
- Determining the best new investment strategies and opportunities
- Overseeing the sales pipeline, from acquisition to long term partnership
- Attending exhibitions and events to keep knowledge and networks up to date & provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, vet, medicine or Science
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
