Roles & Responsibilities

Identifying all the new business development opportunities to increase sales volumes and market share.

  • Identifying the gap between market opportunities & company current status
  • Overseeing the development of market & analyze the growth or diminish in all therapeutic areas
  • Implementing business development plans
  • Establishing business development strategies to achieve growth & profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction
  • Determining the best new investment strategies and opportunities
  • Overseeing the sales pipeline, from acquisition to long term partnership
  • Attending exhibitions and events to keep knowledge and networks up to date & provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, vet, medicine or Science
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
