Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to expand our market presence by developing new client relationships and maintaining existing partnerships. You will analyze market trends, work closely with cross-functional teams, and create effective strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Monitor competitors and market activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
