Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Gears is looking for Business Development Specialist / Non-Advisory to join the team in Egypt. Ideally, you will have consulting experience gained through previous work experience.
Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and client drivers, and meet regularly with several internal stakeholders to discuss and develop the business development strategy.
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, including but not limited to identifying key sectors, building potential business relationships with key clients, and ensuring that Strategic Gears is being considered as one of the preferred vendors and best practices across the company.
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
Build and cultivate long-term relationships with new clients according to the agreed business development strategy.
Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
Requirements
2-4 Years of experience in business development.
Experience in Gulf Area and Middle East is preferred but not a must.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to engage with clients and other Stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems
Highly proficient in MS (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook)
