Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Track market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
- Prepare regular reports on progress and results.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Minimum 1 2 years in business development or sales roles.
