Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
Conduct detailed market analysis to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, informing strategic decisions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of products or services.
Strong understanding of robotics, AI and smart automation systems
Ability to deal with all levels of staff within an organization.
Strong negotiation skills with decision makers.
Excellent command of English language. Very good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 1 -3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales in a competitive industry.
Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating results-driven performance.
Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools to manage relationships and data effectively.
UAE driving liscence is a plus
