Job Title: Business Development Manager – White Collar (Staffing / Outsourcing)

We’re looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth within our White-Collar Staffing & Outsourcing division. The ideal candidate will drive client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and promote professional staffing solutions across corporate sectors.



Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years’ experience in UAE in BD / Sales within staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing (e.g. in Government and Private like Oil & Gas, healthcare, construction, logistics, IT etc).
  • Strong network and knowledge of UAE’s corporate market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented professional.
