Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key retailers, spas, and aesthetic clinics to expand market reach and product distribution.
- Develop and execute innovative business development strategies tailored to the skincare industry, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage and oversee the launch of new skincare products, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the beauty and skincare space to enhance brand awareness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the skincare market, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
