Position: Regional Sales Head - UAE ·

Location: Dubai

Experience: 8+ years

Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

Drive sales revenue and meet ARR targets for UAE region

Sell our EdTech platform to universities and educational institutions

Manage large deals ($100K+ ARR) through complex procurement processes

Build relationships with university leaders and government officials

Understand and navigate UAE education compliance requirements

Lead and mentor junior sales team members

Represent company at industry events and conferences

What We Need

8+ years B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably EdTech/ERP)

Strong hands-on experience selling to educational institutions

Knowledge of UAE education sector and compliance frameworks

Excellent communication skills for executive-level meetings

Proven track record of closing enterprise deals

Understanding of procurement processes in government/university settings

English fluency required (Arabic preferred)
