700Apps is seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the recruitment services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of our recruitment solutions across various industries, particularly in technology and digital transformation.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to tailor services that meet client needs and expectations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined in the business plan.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a knack for building relationships, and a comprehensive understanding of recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand recruitment services portfolios.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders within target sectors.
- Analyze market trends to inform business strategy and identify areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within recruitment or related services.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in IT and digital sectors.
- Proven ability to develop new business relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
