• Collection of documents necessary for the creation of startup files.
  
• Process disbursement requests and request any additional documents from managers and partners.
  
• Analyze the qualitative and quantitative data transmitted by the Startups, and request the explanations and supporting documents necessary for processing.
  
• Analyze the discrepancies compared to the objectives and request the necessary supporting documentation.
  
• Hold the monitoring committees and assemblies and prepare the minutes (minutes of the monitoring committee, minutes of the visit committee, minutes of the general assembly).
  
• Continuously monitor the project's development and adherence to the company's strategy.

Comp tences techniques :

• Qualifications: Bac+5 or Master's degree in management, banking and finance.
  
• Knowledge of the principles of Private Equity,
  
• Required experience: 0 to 3 years of experience.
  
• Proficiency in financial analysis and balance sheet reading.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft tools.
  
• Mastery of French, Arabic and English is an advantage.
