We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our UAE team and drive client acquisition across the UAE and GCC region. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong B2B sales background, especially in outsourcing and customer support services, who thrives in a client-facing, target-driven environment.

We are a leading BPO service provider with over ten years of experience offering customer support, backend operations, tele-sales, lead generation, and digital marketing services to global clients. From inbound/outbound voice solutions to chat/email support and back-office processing, we empower businesses to scale efficiently and reliably.

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will lead business development initiatives across the UAE and GCC, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. They will collaborate closely with our India-based operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients in the UAE/GCC for outsourcing solutions
Present and sell tailored BPO services, including voice, chat/email support, and back-office processing
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to proposal submission and deal closure
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, consultants, and key decision-makers
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Represent the company at industry networking events, trade shows, and conferences
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (BPO, ITES, or service industry preferred)
Strong local UAE network with a track record of closing enterprise deals
Familiarity with industries such as real estate, finance, consulting, digital marketing, and e-commerce
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, consultative, and results-driven approach
Valid UAE driver s license and willingness to travel for client meetings
