Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development Manager (Landscaping | Greenhouse | Poly-house | Agri-Infrastructure)

� Drive high-value project acquisition

� Client engagement & solution selling

� Proposal, BOQ & bid management

� Experience in agri-infrastructure / landscaping preferred

� Minimum 3 years relevant experience required

� Only Dubai-based candidates should apply

Desired Candidate Profile

� Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

� Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales

� Proven experience in landscaping, greenhouse, poly-house, or agri-infrastructure projects

� Strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and solution selling

� Experience in proposal preparation, BOQ, costing & bid management

� Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

� Target-driven mindset with ability to close high-value projects

� Candidates must be currently based in Dubai
