Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting To:
  • Relevant Manager
Business Development Strategy & Execution:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Client & Partner Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify opportunities.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
  • Prepare business development reports and presentations to evaluate success.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices to enhance strategies.
  • Generate detailed reports to inform future business development initiatives.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
  • Proactively suggest new business opportunities and strategies.

Key Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in business development.
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Experience with market analysis.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in contract negotiation is a plus.
