Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve financial targets and company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee supply chain and logistics management ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders on business performance.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of quality.
- Develop and mentor team members to foster a culture of high performance and professional growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the wellness consumer goods sector or a similar space.
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing strategies, partnerships and logistics management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused attitude.
