Mission:

Coordinate, schedule, and implement the projects under their leadership within their unit/department, based on established norms and procedures, in order to optimize the profitability of the assigned projects while ensuring deadlines and established quality standards are met.
They are responsible for the commercial development of museums and exhibitions. Tasks include identifying new opportunities, meeting with clients, and securing new projects.
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting ACCIONA Living & Culture s financial growth across cultural, institutional, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the local and regional market, with proven experience in the creative or experiential industries.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder, skilled in identifying opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and translating ideas into impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, Identify and develop new business opportunities across KSA and the wider Middle East region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, government entities, and strategic partners.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses in coordination with other internal teams.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and upcoming cultural or commercial projects.
- Represent ACCIONA Living & Culture at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Contribute to the development of strategic growth plans and regional market entry strategies.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
Requisitos del candidato
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Cultural Management, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in business development within the cultural, museum, exhibition design, experiential marketing, or themed entertainment sectors.
- Demonstrated success in securing large-scale projects with public institutions, cultural authorities, or private clients in the GCC region.
- Proven ability to navigate complex procurement processes, including government tenders and international RFPs.
- Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams including designers, curators, content developers, and technical specialists.
- Strong understanding of the cultural and commercial landscape in KSA, with an established network of industry contacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
