Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development: Conduct market research and analyze client needs to identify new training opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, institutions, and government entities. Prepare technical and financial proposals and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional campaigns. Monitor the execution of training programs and ensure client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. 2. Training Program And Material Development: Contribute to the design and updating of training packages based on market needs and client requirements. Coordinate with trainers and consultants to create professional, up-to-date training content. Develop presentation materials, trainee manuals, and trainer guides. Ensure all training materials comply with quality and accreditation standards. Evaluate training performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Propose new, innovative training programs that align with market trends and the centre’s strategic vision. Skills And Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or training management. Knowledge of instructional design and training program development. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Ability to collaborate with training, marketing, and design teams. Professional development and participation in training conferences. Dynamic and innovative work environment.
