Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As we are getting ready for official launch, we are looking for a strong>Business Development Manager /strong>ready to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and establish Reluna as a leader in the asset management technology space. You will work closely with our Marketing and Product teams and other stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the financial services sector.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, including banks, financial advisors, and asset management firms.
  • Represent Reluna at industry events to promote its innovative solutions.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and presentations demonstrating Reluna's unique value propositions.
  • Drive deals from initial lead generation to contract closure.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity in the asset management software space.
  • Provide market feedback to guide product development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report performance metrics to senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years in a Business Development / Sales roles, ideally within financial services or SaaS industries. Recent experience within MEA region is an advantage!

  • Strong knowledge of asset and investment management processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and craft customized solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, tackle complex problems, and take initiative in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
