Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, executing strategic sales and marketing plans, and promoting the company's services. The Manager will also be involved in market research, pitching business proposals, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Market research and business development planning skills - Experience in preparing reports and presentations to present during pitching - Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university - Experience in the UAE consulting industry is a plus - Driving License of UAE is mandatory - UAE visa is a plus
