We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in IT staffing and technology product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored IT staffing solutions and technology products to meet customer needs.Key Responsibilities:1. IT Staffing Business Development:Identify and target potential clients in need of IT staffing services (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent).
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and HR leaders.
Understand client staffing needs and provide effective candidate solutions in coordination with the recruitment team.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, and closing deals.
2. IT Product Sales:Promote and sell company’s IT products (software, SaaS, hardware, etc.).
Understand product offerings and communicate their value to potential customers.
Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to deliver demos and product presentations.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing clients.
3. Strategic Planning & Reporting:Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for staffing and product offerings.
Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, specifically in IT staffing and/or IT product sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
