Premium Solutions Consultancy Qatar is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Clients innovative team in Dubai UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for a professional approach in dynamic Facility management sector to develop market research, and maintain clients and should be results oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new FM contracts across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tender opportunities
Requirements:
5+ years in FM business development in the UAE
Proven success in securing soft/hard services or integrated FM contracts in Dubai
Strong knowledge of FM service delivery models, cost structures and value propositions
Understanding of CAFM system technology- led FM innovations
Strategic mindset with hand on approach to market penetration
Strong network within Dubai s real estate and property management ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (FM Certifications are a plus)
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
