Roles & Responsibilities
Essential skills & competencies We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals, and develop strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with the team to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Core responsibilities
Lead generation & prospecting: identify target markets, build lists, qualify leads. Pipeline development: create and manage a healthy sales pipeline; nurture prospects through the funnel.
Partnerships & alliances: identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, reseller/channel agreements, or integrations. Reporting: track pipeline, forecast revenue and report results to leadership. Brand & network building: represent the company at events and on professional networks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Must be a Graduate
Post graduate degree preferred but not necessary
Must have two years of relevant marketing experience (banking background preferred)
