Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Development Strategy achieving Sustainable Growth Through Portfolio Expansion and Mix Management
  • Responsible for Leading team of Senior Experts across different growth vectors to achieve long-term strategy
  • Lead Operational and Strategic Plan for the EIC and its affiliates
  • Lead Sales Excellence Program across different affiliates with unified strategy
  • Coordinating with company executives, sales, and marketing professionals.
  • Reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue
  • Evaluating company performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead Growth Strategy for Renewable Energy, Data Centers and Switchgear Business

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Similar Field Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Presentation Skills, Fluent in English, Power Point Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills
  • Education Requirement. B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
