Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to drive company growth and market expansion.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and identify emerging trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective partners and clients.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.
- Continuously seek innovative approaches to expand the company s reach and impact within the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid (home and office) arrangement.
