Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand COB Solution s footprint within the healthcare sector.

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to increase revenue streams.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and decision-makers to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer care, to deliver seamless service integration for new clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning and product/service enhancements.
  • Represent COB Solution at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the business development unit.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 6 years and up to 9 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services, provider operations, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
