Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand COB Solution s footprint within the healthcare sector.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to increase revenue streams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and decision-makers to foster long-term collaborations.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and value propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer care, to deliver seamless service integration for new clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning and product/service enhancements.
- Represent COB Solution at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the business development unit.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 6 years and up to 9 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare services, provider operations, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
