Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector to drive company growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Represent CIVIK CONSTRUCTION at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
