Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and expansion of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and developing comprehensive strategies to enhance our market presence. This role requires a highly motivated and energetic professional with a proven track record in business development and sales. You should have a strong understanding of the industry trends and dynamics, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Working closely with senior management and the marketing team, you'll ensure alignment with company objectives while relentlessly pushing for new deals, partnerships, and revenue streams.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales activities and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Participate in networking events and conferences to promote business development.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports on sales achievements and forecasts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client issues and providing solutions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions efficiently.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of market research and sales forecasting techniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
