We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager specializing in recruitment and manpower solutions to join our team. This role involves developing and sustaining strong business relationships with clients and identifying potential new market opportunities. Working closely with recruitment teams, the Business Development Manager will focus on enhancing our client base and delivering innovative staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. The ideal candidate must have a keen understanding of the recruitment industry combined with exceptional negotiation and communication skills. They should be adept at understanding market trends and leveraging these insights to develop strategies that maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business relationships through effective networking strategies.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends and opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and present customized proposals and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals through strategic planning.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to a varied audience of stakeholders.
  • Analyze competitor activities to identify areas for competitive advantage.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics periodically to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to broaden networks and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop brand awareness initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within recruitment or manpower industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and staffing challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
