Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
• Drive business development by promoting Freight Forwarding services: Air Freight, Sea Freight, Warehousing & 3PL, Customs Clearance, and Break Bulk • Achieve monthly targets for revenue and volume • Engage, onboard, and retain new customers through effective sales strategies • Provide regular market insights, client feedback, and sales reporting • Work closely with operations teams to ensure service excellence
Desired Candidate Profile
• 3–5 years’ sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics • Mandatory: Freight Forwarding Sales experience • Strong portfolio of UAE clients, preferably in Air/Sea freight • UAE Driving License is a must • Any nationality | Any gender • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
