Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Generates new revenue, and increases sales of labeling products and services within targeted accounts to achieve sales goals through prospecting and closing new business.

* Develops and implements selling strategies to grow territory.

* Develops and maintains strong customer relationships and partnerships with key decision makers.

* Educates customers about MSI’s products and services and consistently emphasizes our value proposition.

* Researches the competition and the markets of MSI and our customers to stay abreast of competitors, developments in competitive products, and changes in the market. Shares information with MSI sales team as necessary.

* Proactively communicates with the customer to ensure all commitments and obligations for the customer are met and/or are exceeded throughout the project/order and provides ongoing support to ensure that needs are met.

* Provides excellent customer service by providing quotes, order confirmations, and following through on potential opportunities in a timely manner.

* Maintains a positive buying experience for the customer during each transaction.

* Other duties as assigned to support the growth of MSI.

* Additional duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of six (6) years pipe labeling and service sales experience required, preferably with a Marking Services entity.

Extensive business to business sales experience in oil and gas industry required.

Strong relationships with EPC companies

Strong proficiency in MS Office Products, advanced skill level in Excel.

Self-directed and able to independently manage time and projects; results driven.

Ability to gather, analyze and accurately interpret detailed information.
