Roles & Responsibilities
Results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in vehicle rental and leasing, experienced in identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue, with a proven track record in delivering results within fast-paced vehicle leasing and rental environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary focus to pro-actively market our services, prepare proposals up to and including the conclusion stages.
- Plan, allocate and monitor own sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Good financial understanding and ability to apply comprehensive pricing in conjunction with pricing.
- Build cross business support to help drive and develop profitable sales strategies that enhance our customer offering, good understanding of the commercial viability and revenue streams.
- Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
- Bring products to the market that add value to our customers, increasing our brand presence and overall financial viability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A background in vehicle rental and leasing would be desirable.
- Strong English & Arabic communication skills; reading, writing and speaking.
- Educated to degree or equivalent level.
- Strong Sales background, ideally coming from a blue-chip organizatio
