Roles & Responsibilities

This is a senior, high-visibility role for a well-connected professional with an academic background and a proven track record in building relationships with university leadership. If you thrive on closing strategic deals, navigating academic hierarchies, and creating long-term value for institutions, this is your chance to make a national impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead partnership development with Egypt s private and public universities.
  • Leverage your existing academic network to secure strategic agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts with university presidents, deans, and senior administrators.
  • Represent IGS & Partners at academic events, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and program success.
  • Provide weekly pipeline reports and revenue forecasts to the CEO.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor s degree (Master s preferred) in Education, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in higher education partnerships, academic relations, or B2B sales to universities.
  • Proven record of signing agreements with both private and public universities.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel for reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for proposals).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Influential relationship builder with credibility in academic circles.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Confident negotiator and public speaker.
  • Self-motivated with a results-first mindset.

Bonus Points For:

  • Existing relationships with decision-makers at the Ministry of Higher Education.
  • Experience in microcredentials, accreditation, or EdTech partnerships.
  • Knowledge of EQF alignment and higher education quality frameworks.
