Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
To hire a competent Sales Manager to increase local market presence and drive sales growth.What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute local market sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Lead and mentor the local sales team.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Short-Term Goals:

- Create a strong foundation for regional expansion
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Excellent skills in presenting, analyzing data and creating actionable reports.
- Fluency in English business communication is a must
