Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibilities
- 1) Identify and research new markets, services, and industries aligned with STS s strategy.
- 2) Generate leads, develop pipelines, and convert prospects into clients.
- 3) Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- 4) Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure continuity.
- 5) Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- 6) Negotiate and close deals that maximize profitability and long-term partnerships.
- 7) Ensure client satisfaction and follow-up on after sales services.
- 8) Analyze client and market segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- 9) Support in developing business models for new services or products.
- 10) Contribute to securing new projects in Lebanon and abroad.
- Secondary Responsibilities
- 1) Manage STS s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to increase visibility.
- 2) Create engaging content highlighting services, achievements, and projects.
- 3) Monitor digital trends and competitor activities to keep STS competitive.
- 4) Prepare weekly/monthly sales and pipeline reports.
- 5) Maintain an updated client and prospects database (CRM or Excel).
- 6) Coordinate with the design and assessment teams to align business offers with client needs.
- Tertiary Responsibilities
- 1) Represent STS at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- 2) Support in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and digital campaigns.
- 3) Continuously research industry trends and competitor activities.
- 4) Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.
