Roles & Responsibilities


· As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients in the recruitment sector. The role requires a mix of strategic research, client engagement, and sales execution, with a strong focus on building relationships across key industries. Market & Client Identification: Research market trends and dynamics to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve individual and team business acquisition targets.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new clients, understanding their recruitment needs.

· Business Proposals: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals for recruitment services.

· Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure partnerships.

· Networking: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks.

· Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

· Reporting & Analysis: Monitor business development activities, analyse market data, and adapt strategies for growth.


Desired Candidate Profile


· Communication & Presentation: Strong ability to engage clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and build rapport.

· Sales & Negotiation: Proven skills in driving sales cycles and closing deals.

· Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on long-term client partnerships.

· Market Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment industry dynamics, talent acquisition trends, and competitor landscape.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and adapt growth strategies based on market insights.

· Proactive Approach: Self-motivated with demonstrated success in prospecting and lead generation.

· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.

· Experience: Prior experience in a recruitment agency with a proven track record in business development is highly desirable.
