Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute acquisition strategies
Use lead generation tools to build and manage a strong sales pipeline Convert leads into sales opportunities and manage the sales cycle end-to-end
Expand Paymob’s presence in KSA market by understanding local business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition efforts
Fluent in English; familiarity with the KSA market is essential Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management in KSA
Hands-on experience with merchants, partnerships, or in the retail, fintech, or e-commerce sectors
Strong Lead Generation Skills
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
