Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to grow our service-based online platform by onboarding new partners, expanding service categories, and increasing user engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong market understanding, communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, beauty, sports, automotive, logistics, etc.) onto the platform. Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and emerging service trends. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create offers, campaigns, and promotions that drive sales and engagement. Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and commission structures with vendors. Meet and exceed monthly targets for service provider onboarding and revenue growth. Track and analyze performance metrics using CRM tools and provide regular reports to management. Represent the company in local events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the platform. Gather feedback from customers and service partners to support product improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or vendor management (preferably in tech, service, or e-commerce industries). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of Oman’s or GCC’s service industry market. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driving license preferred (for field visits and partner meetings). Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Skills: Experience working with online platforms or apps (service, marketplace, or e-commerce). Knowledge of digital marketing and local business networks. Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred. Familiarity with startups or fast-paced tech environments.
