Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving Softimpact s growth across local and regional markets. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for technology and digital innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities to keep the business competitive and adaptive.

Analyze competitors to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and strategies.

Support Softimpact s expansion strategy in the Gulf and MENA regions by remotely identifying key markets and potential partners.

Stay informed about industry changes, new technologies, or innovations that could impact the business.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using online research, networking, cold outreach, and digital tools (LinkedIn, email, CRM).

Generate new business leads via calls, emails, or attending industry events.

Represent the company at trade shows, events, or virtual forums when applicable.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs set by management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Manage existing relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business growth.

Focus on client retention through excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.

Prepare and write business proposals and offers tailored to client needs and aligned with company objectives.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

Provide feedback to product or service teams about client needs and market demands.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute business goals and strategy.

Keep track of sales targets, deal closure rates, and market trends.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM

Provide regular reports on progress and performance to management.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition in the tech/digital sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written in English and Arabic; French is a plus).

Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with CRMs and digital prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Passion for digital solutions, technology trends, and customer success.
