Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales and relationship building to join our corporate team. You will be responsible for promoting Amanleeku2019s medical insurance solutions to corporate clients by reaching out to decision-makers, analyzing their needs, and proposing tailored offerings.


Job Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Drive B2B sales of Amanleeku2019s medical insurance solutions to corporate clients through cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Identify client needs, perform benefit-cost analysis, compare and recommend tailored insurance packages.
  • Manage the full sales cycleu2014from lead generation to closing and post-sale handover.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR and decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track pipeline progress, update CRM, and report on sales performance regularly with full details.
  • Share client feedback to support product development and service enhancements.
  • Contribute to refining sales strategies and go-to-market plans based on field insights and performance analytics.

Requirements

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1u20133 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build empathy and trust with clients and understand their specific organizational needs.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and collaborative spirit with persistent attitude and a strong sense of ownership over results.
  • To have market intelligence and stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market feedback to refine sales strategies.
