Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior design, architecture sectors.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, project opportunities, and industry trends relevant to the company’s growth.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business pitches that accurately communicate the firm’s capabilities and design expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of client requirements and alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline, oversee follow-ups, and ensure timely communication throughout the business development cycle.
  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and site visits, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Support marketing and branding initiatives aimed at strengthening the firm’s market position.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 + years of experience in business development or sales within the interior design, architectural, construction, or fit-out industry.
  • Strong understanding of design processes, project stages, materials, and industry-specific terminology.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and manage long-term accounts.
  • Strong market awareness and an existing network in the UAE (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
