Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior design, architecture sectors.
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads, project opportunities, and industry trends relevant to the company’s growth.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business pitches that accurately communicate the firm’s capabilities and design expertise.
Collaborate closely with the design and technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of client requirements and alignment of proposed solutions.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline, oversee follow-ups, and ensure timely communication throughout the business development cycle.
Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and site visits, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the interior design, architectural, construction, or fit-out industry.
Strong understanding of design processes, project stages, materials, and industry-specific terminology.
Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and manage long-term accounts.
High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and strategic thinking.
Strong market awareness and an existing network in the UAE (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
